Lost Odyssey's Soundtrack is Nobuo Uematsu's Greatest Masterpiece Yet!

Nobuo Uematsu's Web Site:

Dear Nobuo Uematsu,

I really, really like this track from Lost Odyssey. It's a work of genius, a masterpiece!!! While the title of the track isn't really as fantastical as 'One Winged Angel' from Final Fantasy VII, the song itself is very memorable and it's stuck in my head; I can't stop playing it in my mind :D

I surely hope there will be more music like this from Mistwalker in future JRPGs. This, is a classic.

The title of the track is "An Enemy Appears"....the title may be unimpressive but the track itself is quite beautiful, epic, and fitting for the game. Here it is, along with a short slideshow that Yahoosoda created just for it.

  1. Hey scytherage,

I just recently got Lost Odyssey about a week ago and I am highly impressed. I can safely say that the Reviews Are A Lie.

Anyways, I'm a huge fan of Nobuo Uematsu and the music in Lost Odyssey is amazing and mesmerizing, just wonderful.

I was wondering, did you buy the soundtrack from here:

And if so, can that soundtrack play on any computer(for importing to iTunes if needed)? I know that sounds like a dumb question, but just want to make sure before importing the soundtrack from

By the way, your tips on defeating Bogimoray really came in handy(was stuck on the boss for awhile). And you are right, this game takes strategy, not hitting the attack button repeatedly.
